Pickert Repeats as Libero of the Week

NORTH ANDOVER, MA – Junior Alyssa Pickert (Tinley Park, IL) picked up her second Northeast-10 Libero of the Week honor in as many weeks Monday.

Pickert averaged 19.67 digs per match leading the Warriors to a 2-1 week. She also netted three aces and one kill.

Pickert is tied for the conference lead with Saint Rose’s Mary German with 259 digs and is second overall, averaging 5.4 digs per set.

She needs 98 more digs to break the school record of 1,530 career digs, set by Courtney Desrosiers.

Merrimack (12-3, 1-1 NE-10) visits UMass Lowell on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
