Cindric Named to AVCA All-Region Team; Kuncaitis Named Honorable Mention

NORTH ANDOVER, MA - Sophomore Molly Cindric was named to the AVCA East All-Region team while senior Ale Kuncaitis earned honorable mention honors to the team.

Cindric, a two-time Northeast-10 first team selection, two-time Daktronics All-Region selection and last year’s NE-10 Freshman of the Year, finished second in the conference, averaging 3.38 kills per game. A three-time NE-10 Player of the Week this season, she led the Warriors with 365 kills and 65 blocks.

In her final season at Merrimack, Kuncaitis, second on the team in kills and digs, was a first-team all-conference selection this season and a third-team honoree in 2007.
