Women’s Tennis Wraps up Florida Trip with 5-4 Loss

ORLANDO, FL – The Merrimack women’s tennis team wrapped up its Florida trip with a 4-3 loss to Augustana Thursday.

Three Warriors, Christina Lucin, Amanda Carroll, and Stellina Saia won singles’ matches in straight sets, but Augustana escaped with a 2-1 victory in double, despite a 8-6 victory from Lucin and Courtney Garvey.

Merrimack (3-3, 2-0) hosts Franklin Pierce next Thursday in its home opener.
