Gramprey Named All-American; Three Named to NSCAA All-Region Team

NORTH ANDOVER, MA – Gabrielle Gramprey (Brockton,
MA) was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association
Second Team All-American, while Gramprey, Jen Conway
(Douglas, MA) and Catie Hall (Westminster,
MA) earned NSCAA All-Region honors.
Gramprey, also an all-conference and Daktronics all-region
selection this season, led the Warriors in every offensive
category, tallying 13 goals, eight assists, 34 points, 54 shots and
five game-winners. Gramprey, who was also a first-team all-region
selection by the NSCAA, is one of six All-Americans from the
Northeast-10.
Conway, a second-team NSCAA all-region selection, was a first-team
all-conference and first-team Daktronics all-region honoree. She
anchored a Warrior defense that limited opponents to just 21 goals
in 19 games.
Hall, a third-team all-region selection, was named a second-team
Academic All-American by ESPN and a Northeast-10 All-Conference
second team honoree. Hall was challenged this season, moving from
forward back to defensive midfield, and responded flawlessly,
helping the defense in a big way. She contributed one goal and two
assists offensively.
The Warriors were also one of 263 schools to post a team
grade-point-average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the NSCAA
Team Academic Award for the second straight season.
Merrimack advanced to its second straight NCAA Tournament and its
seventh in the last eight seasons while compiling a 12-5-2 record.
