Caitlin Hall Named Second Team Academic All-American by ESPN

NORTH ANDOVER, MA – Senior captain Caitlin Hall (Westminster, MA) was named to the ESPN Academic All-American District I Second Team on Thursday.

This is the second time Hall has received this honor, and the third season she has been named an Academic All-American.

Challenged to move from forward to midfield and now to defense this season, Hall has responded, as the Warriors have allowed just 19 goals in 17 games, fifth fewest in the conference. She scored a goal on Senior Night against Assumption and has tallied two assists and 24 shots.

Hall is one of six Northeast-10 athletes on the District I team.

Merrimack (12-3-2, 10-3-1 NE-10) hosts UMass Lowell in the Northeast-10 Quarterfinals on Sunday at 1 p.m.
