Chris Rogles enters his first season as an assistant coach with
the Merrimack hockey program.
Rogles played 16 seasons of professional hockey in the
International Hockey League, the East Coast Hockey League and in
Germany as a goaltender. He earned the Best Goalkeeper award in
1999-00 after posting a 2.11 goals-against-average and a .918 save
percentage. His 2.10 goals-against and .927 save percentage was
tops in the Germany DEL Hockey League in 2004-05.
Rogles graduated from Clarkson University in 1993, after playing
in 81 career games and leading the Knights in wins his final three
seasons. He recorded a 44-13-4 record with a .903 save% and a 2.90
GAA and was named 2nd Team ECAC in ’91 and HM in 93.
